A fully self-contained granny flat adjacent to the house provides excellent versatility for visitors, guests or as a teenager’s retreat.

The accompanying 40 acres of semi-cleared and undulating bushland, with excellent water supplies, provides enough room for a few head of cattle or horses, or to simply enjoy the local wildlife that pass by daily. Enjoying a picturesque rural aspect only minutes from both the University of New England and the town of Armidale adds to the attractiveness of this property.
